"Not great for custom designs"
Tried to get something custom done, but it was a headache. Support took a while, and the final designs weren’t really what I asked for.

Well... I’ve emailed twice and even called once, but I still haven’t heard back from anyone. It’s frustrating and doesn’t make the service feel very reliable.

"Shipping was a total headache"
I ordered this for my brother’s birthday, so the delay was extra frustrating. It took way longer than they originally said, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. When the box finally showed up, it was late and beat up. I had to keep emailing just to get basic info, which got old fast. i don’t think I’d order from them again.

"The rack looks good now that..."
The rack looks good now that it’s up, but getting it together wasn’t exactly smooth. It wasn’t impossible or anything, just took longer than I expected because a few steps in the instructions were kind of vague. Had to stop and figure things out as I went.
